- Fortress International is able to customize the training to meet specific needs of your organization. Fortress has packaged ARMED AGAINST TERROR into three (3) separate training venues, each divided into ten (10) modules.
1. Instructor Led Training (ILT)
- Your group will have the luxury and benefit of a seasoned facilitator and professional with extensive, real-world experience in combating terrorism. Your trainer will work with your people throughout the course, guiding them each step of the way to gain the most from the program. Instructor-Led Training (ILT) consists of partial lecture content (with lots of unique visuals), but is primarily designed as an interactive experience where participants maximize learning through group activities. Exercises will solidify essential concepts designed to fight and win this war.
2. Web-Based Training (WBT or e-Learning)
- Your group can take this course individually via Internet or CD or loaded personally at their own workstations. The interaction in this training type will be delivered through browser-based applications using interactive technology which allows the user to work at his (or her) own pace, reviewing and advancing through these courses independently.
3. Customized Blending
- Fortress International, Inc. offers you the unique opportunity to engage our team of creators, analysts, and experts to come into your organization and build the training program that will best work for you. This may be an ILT or WBT or a blended approach of both methods, but it will be uniquely yours in that the questions your team needs answered, and the information and training you most require to operate more effectively, will be fully provided.
